If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return your order within 7 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@harvadahome.com. Please note:

• Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
• Return shipping costs, customs, and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
• We are not liable for returns lost in transit; we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

For orders from within the European Union, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom, we will refund the product price and the initial shipping costs upon receiving the returned items. Orders from outside these regions will receive a refund of the product price only, excluding the initial shipping costs.
